We are looking for a motivated and communication-oriented Admission Counsellor to join US Accounting Coach. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students and working specialists regarding our US Accounting and US Taxation courses, understanding their career goals, and helping them choose the right training program.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and working professionals about US Accounting & US Taxation courses.
Understand candidates' educational background, career goals, and requirements.
Explain course details, duration, fees, syllabus, placement support, and career opportunities.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and leads.
Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates.
Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.




Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
Coordinate with the training and operations team regarding student onboarding.
Provide proper guidance to students throughout the admission process.
Build valuable relationships with students and ensure a positive admission experience.
Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills
Strong convincing and counselling ability
Positive follow-up skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Comfortable with calling and WhatsApp communication
