Position: Housekeeping Manager

Department: Housekeeping

Location: Resort

Experience: 3+ years in hotel/resort housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.

To manage the complete housekeeping operation of the resort, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, presentation, guest comfort, and service quality across guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house areas, and staff facilities.

Required Skills
Robust leadership and team-management skills.
Positive knowledge of housekeeping procedures and cleaning standards.
Good understanding of linen, laundry, chemicals, and housekeeping equipment.
Solid attention to detail.
Valuable communication and guest-handling skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Basic computer and reporting skills.
Knowledge of hotel/resort PMS is an advantage.
