Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Chinese Chef to prepare authentic and high-quality Chinese dishes while maintaining food quality, hygiene, and kitchen standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare a variety of Chinese dishes according to recipes and restaurant standards.
Handle preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation of Chinese cuisine.
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and portion sizes.
Ensure proper storage and handling of food ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and work area.
Monitor ingredient usage and minimize food wastage.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders.




Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before use.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Assist in developing or improving Chinese dishes and menu items.

Requirements:
3–5 years of experience as a Chinese Chef or in a similar role.
Positive knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques and ingredients.
Ability to prepare noodles, fried rice, Manchurian, soups, starters, gravies, and other Chinese dishes.
Valuable understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced kitchen environment.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
