BRANCH MANAGER – JOB PROFILE
Job Responsibilities:
Manage overall branch operations, sales, service, and administration.
Achieve branch sales and revenue targets.
Lead, motivate, and monitor branch staff performance.
Manage customer relationships and resolve customer complaints.
Monitor daily attendance, discipline, and staff productivity.
Ensure proper stock, cash, documentation, and asset management.
Coordinate with Head Office and other departments.
Prepare and submit daily/monthly branch performance reports.
Ensure company policies, processes, and compliance are followed.
Develop local market prospects and support business growth.
Eligibility:
Graduate preferred.
Experience: 5–10 years in automobile dealership/retail or related field.
Robust leadership, communication, customer-handling, and team-management skill
