Job OverviewWe are hiring a Bench Sales Recruiter to support our US IT staffing operations. The role involves marketing bench consultants and placing them in contract roles with US clients and vendors. This is a performance-driven role requiring consistent outreach, follow-ups, and deal closures.
Working HoursShift Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (IST)
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days)
Breaks:
45-minute diner break
2 breaks of 15 minutes each
Key Responsibilities Market bench consultants (OPT, H1B, GC, US Citizens)
Submit resumes to vendor requirements daily
Build and maintain relationships with US vendors
Negotiate rates and close placements
Track submissions, interviews, and placements
Follow up regularly for feedback
RequirementsExperience in Bench Sales / US IT Staffing preferred
Solid communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of US visa types and hiring models (C2C, W2, 1099)
Ability to work in a target-driven workplace
Comfortable working night shifts
Compensation & BenefitsFixed salary (based on experience)
Incentives: ₹40,000 – per successful placement
