Experienced HR – Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced HR skilled with solid knowledge of end-to-end HR operations and employee management.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage complete HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, joining formalities and employee documentation.
Handle end-to-end recruitment, interviews, selection, offer letters and hiring coordination.
Manage attendance, leaves, payroll inputs, salary revisions, increments and employee records.
Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions and performance-related matters.
Manage probation, confirmation, transfers, promotions and exit formalities.
Prepare and maintain HR policies, SOPs, agreements, letters and HR documentation.




Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements and company policies.
Coordinate with management and employees for smooth HR operations.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee databases and HR reports.
Handle full & final settlement, resignation, notice period and exit processes.

Required:
6 months of relevant HR experience preferred.
Robust knowledge of end-to-end HR functions.
Good communication, interpersonal, documentation and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and HR documentation.
