Define Item, Bill of Material & Process routing for current products.
Establish manufacturing processes and assembly work instructions based on the customer’s specification and provide training to technicians.
Design Jigs and Fixtures to aid in the manufacturing process, especially on welding.
Troubleshoot and optimize manufacturing processes.
Define process required, study and special process or tooling requirements.
Follow up and evaluate processes on the production floor.
Develop 3D model and generate 2D flat pattern based on Customer drawing.
Develop VMC program to produce precision components on Solid Machining and Casting components
Estimate the cycle time based on 2D and 3D Drawings
Able to interact with designer achieve the desired output on DFM and designs limitation
Manage Engineering Change Request (ECR) process for NPI projects, for instance get approval from customers and DFM proposals.
Manage NPI project related customer documentation (drawings, specifications, test procedures, work instructions etc.).
Able to do technical documentation review, Creation of Process flow & PFMEA.
Project analysis, Communication with Customers as an expertise
