Job Title: Business Development Officer

Job Summary:

We're seeking a motivated Business Development Officer to drive business growth in assigned territories. You'll build relationships with customers, promote bank products, and achieve business targets.
Business Development:
Source current business leads and prospects
Sell and cross-sell bank products (loans, deposits, insurance)
Meet sales targets and business objectives
Field Work:
Regularly visit customers, prospects, and referral partners
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Identify business opportunities and report to management
Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service
Resolve customer queries and issues.

Requirements:

Willingness to travel extensively
