Job Description:
Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, wines, beers and other beverages as per standard recipes.
Maintain the bar setup, stock and beverage station.
Recommend beverages and provide excellent guest service.
Handle upselling and support beverage revenue growth.
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, inventory and stock records.
Follow responsible alcohol service, safety and licensing guidelines.
Support beverage innovation and team training.
Work in a fast-paced lounge setting with rotational shifts.
Eligibility:
2–5 years of bartending experience in a lounge, bar or premium F&B; setting.
12th pass mandatory.
Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers and mixology.
Valuable communication and guest-handling skills.
Bartending/Mixology certification preferred.
