Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Coordinator to manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate resources, and ensure smooth execution of projects. The candidate should have good technical knowledge of civil work, site measurements, AutoCAD, and architectural drawings.

Key Responsibilities:
Take accurate site measurements and maintain records.
Handle and supervise daily site activities.
Manage manpower, materials, and other site resources efficiently.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth workflow.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and project requirements.
Read and understand architectural and technical drawings/maps.
Prepare daily progress reports and update management regularly.




Monitor site quality, safety, and timely completion of work.
Resolve in office issues and provide coordination support during project execution.
Maintain site documentation and project records.

Required Skills:
Knowledge of AutoCAD.
Ability to read architectural drawings and mappings.
Positive understanding of site execution and civil work.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Problem-solving and resource management abilities.
Basic knowledge of construction materials and site measurements.

Qualifications:
ITI in Civil
Diploma in Civil Engineering
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

Experience:
Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
Prior site handling experience will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Location: In office
