Job OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong convincing power, a pleasing personality, and the ability to understand and explain property-related facts clearly to clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle sales inquiries and generate potential leads.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable residential and commercial properties.
Conduct effective client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
Explain project details, pricing, location advantages, payment plans, and investment opportunities clearly.
Follow up regularly with prospective clients and convert leads into successful sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth deal closure.
Maintain proper records of leads, client interactions,



site visits, and bookings.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute towards the company's overall growth.
Stay updated with current real estate market trends and project information.
Required Skills & Qualifications1–2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand client requirements and explain facts in a easy and effective manner.
Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
Pleasing personality and qualified appearance.
Positive attitude, confidence, and a customer-focused approach.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Target-oriented and passionate about sales.
Basic knowledge of CRM and lead management will be an added advantage.
