Key Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up with potential buyers.
Conduct site visits and explain project details.
Assist customers throughout the sales process.
Maintain regular follow-ups and close sales.
Requirements:
Experience in real estate sales preferred.
Strong communication and networking skills.
Ability to work independently on a versatile, part time basis.
Local knowledge and a positive network in Kolkata will be an advantage.
