Job OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Executive to oversee day-to-day production activities in our EV Chargers Manufacturing Unit. The candidate will ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality, safety, and process efficiency.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and monitor daily production activities to achieve production targets.
Supervise assembly and manufacturing of EV chargers.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and production procedures.
Coordinate with Quality, Stores, and Maintenance teams for smooth operations.
Monitor manpower utilization and production efficiency.
Maintain production reports, work orders, and daily MIS.
Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.




Ensure compliance with safety and 5S workplace standards.
Support process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
EligibilityDiploma or B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in electronics, PCB assembly, EV manufacturing, or electrical equipment manufacturing.
Freshers with excellent technical knowledge may be considered.
