Telesales Executive – Job Description

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Experience: Freshers & Experienced both can apply

Languages: Hindi + English + Kannada/Telugu/Tamil or other regional languages
Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.
Generate leads and convert them into sales.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain call records.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide proper information.
Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure a positive calling experience.
RequirementsFreshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Robust communication and convincing skills.
Fluency in multiple languages is preferred.
Hindi and English are required.
Candidates who can speak Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, or other regional languages will be preferred.
Candidates fluent in 3–4 languages will have an added advantage.
Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
Candidates should be confident, energetic, and target-oriented.
