About the Role

Ram Empire India is looking for motivated and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a solid interest in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, references, online platforms, and other sources.
Contact potential customers and understand their requirements.
Explain company products/services and provide relevant information to customers.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
Maintain regular communication with existing and potential clients.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the reporting manager.




Build and maintain robust qualified relationships with customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Positive verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is an advantage.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Candidates with prior sales experience will be preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
Additional ₹20,000* as per applicable company terms/role structure.
