Job overview: This profile is responsible for engaging patients of a medical practice in English, Spanish. Responsible for day to day activities of recalling a patient, reminding them of their appointments, keeping a close contact for their appointment completion and also managing the patient’s information in the CRM.

1. Working on multiple applications for gathering customer’s information
2. Scheduling appointment
3. Updating the demographic information of the customer in the software
4. Reminding about the appointment
5. Incoming call management
6. Fax management
7. Message management
8. Tracking the patient’s appointment until completion - Recalling the No Shows and Cancel
9. Managing the Customer Relationship Management Software
10. Being engaged in other operational activities
