Position: AGM / GM – Legal & Compliance

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 20-25 Years

Qualification:

∙LLB (Mandatory)

∙LLM Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

* Drafting, reviewing, and vetting agreements, leases, contracts, MOUs, notices, and legal

documents.​

* Managing litigation matters and coordinating with external advocates, senior counsels, and

legal consultants.​

* Handling property-related legal matters, lease agreements, title verification, and

documentation.​

* Liaising with government authorities, police departments, and statutory bodies as required.​

* Advising management on legal risks, compliance matters, and dispute resolution.​

* Monitoring court cases, maintaining legal records, and updating management on case status.​

* Supporting real estate, warehousing, petrol bunk, and infrastructure businesses on legal

matters.​





* Coordinating with internal departments on contracts, recoveries, notices, and compliance

requirements.​

* Ensuring legal compliance and safeguarding company interests across all business entities.

Candidate Profile:

* 20-25 years of experience in Legal & Compliance.​

* Solid exposure to contracts, litigation management, property matters, and corporate legal

advisory.​

* Experience in Real Estate, Infrastructure, Construction, Leasing, Manufacturing, or diversified

business groups preferred.​

* Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.​

* Stable employment history preferred.

Pay: ₹1,900,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
