Job Overview
We are hiring enthusiastic, target-driven English-Speaking Travel Sales Agents to join our USA-based Flight Booking Sales Process. The role involves handling inbound PPC calls from US customers looking exclusively for airline tickets and flight-related services.

The ideal candidate should be fluent in English (with a neutral or US accent), confident in communication, and capable of assisting international customers professionally while converting flight inquiries into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound PPC calls from English-speaking customers based in the USA.
- Assist customers exclusively with flight bookings, itinerary planning, date changes, and airline ticketing.
- Understand customers’ travel requirements and recommend the best routing and fare options.
- Convert flight inquiries into successful bookings to achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Build customer trust through professional, accurate, and effective communication.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the flight booking process.
- Maintain accurate records of flight bookings, PNRs, customer information, and interactions.
- Follow company sales procedures and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements





- Fluent in English – spoken and written (Neutral or US accent preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Previous travel sales experience, specifically in US flight bookings, is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of airline routing, fare rules, and booking portals (knowledge of GDS like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is a strong advantage).
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven sales environment.
- Confident in handling international (US) customers over the phone.
- Comfortable working US shift timings (Night shifts).
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
