Talent Acquisition Executive

We are looking for an experienced Non-IT Recruiter to support our recruitment and talent acquisition activities in Calicut.

Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct candidate follow-ups throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain recruitment records.
- Support bulk hiring and end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Prepare and maintain recruitment reports.
- Support the HR team in achieving recruitment targets.

Education:

Experience:

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
