An Online Examination Proctor supervises candidates taking exams remotely, ensuring the integrity, security, and fairness of the testing process using digital tools.

Key Responsibilities

Before the exam

- Verify candidate identity using ID checks and facial recognition tools
- Guide candidates through system setup (webcam, microphone, screen sharing)
- Ensure the testing environment meets rules (no unauthorized materials, proper lighting, quiet room)

During the exam

- Monitor candidates in real time via webcam, screen recording, and proctoring software
- Watch for suspicious behavior (looking away frequently, using another device, talking, etc.)
- Communicate with candidates through chat or audio when needed
- Enforce exam rules and time limits
- Flag or record any violations

After the exam

- Review recorded sessions (if required)




- Document and report incidents or irregularities
- Submit proctoring logs and reports to the exam authority

Required Skills

- Robust attention to detail and observation
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Basic technical skills (handling software, troubleshooting minor issues)
- Good communication skills
- Ability to remain alert for long periods

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in education, IT support, or administration is an advantage

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
