Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Admission Counsellor – Sales to join our team. The role involves counselling prospective students, generating admissions, following up with leads, and achieving monthly enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming enquiries and leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses/programs.
- Counsel students and parents about course details, fees, eligibility, and career opportunities.
- Follow up consistently with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission/sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents throughout the admission journey.
- Coordinate with the academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, seminars, events,



and other student acquisition activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, admission counselling, education sales, telecalling, or business development preferred.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong customer-handling and follow-up abilities.
- Target-driven, confident, and self-motivated.
- Good English communication skills; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
