Job Summary

Country Inn Smart Stays, Gurugram is looking for a skilled and reliable Multi-Skilled Technician (MST) to handle day-to-day maintenance and ensure smooth operation of hotel facilities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance work in a hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
- Monitor and maintain hotel equipment, ensuring optimal performance
- Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities
- Troubleshoot faults and carry out corrective actions
- Maintain records of maintenance work and report major issues to management
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and hotel policies




- Assist in preventive maintenance schedules

Requirements

- ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in hotel or facility maintenance preferred
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and carpentry
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills

Preferred Skill

- Experience in hospitality industry maintenance
- Knowledge of fire safety systems and equipment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks independently
