About CryptoCortexCrew

CryptoCortexCrew is looking for motivated and result-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) Interns to join our team.

This is an opportunity for students, freshers, and aspiring sales professionals to gain hands-on experience in lead generation, client communication, business development, sales, and client acquisition while earning through a performance-based commission structure.

Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential clients and businesses.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, social media, email, WhatsApp, online platforms, and other channels.
- Contact potential clients and introduce CryptoCortexCrew's services.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable project opportunities.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects.
- Schedule meetings with qualified leads.
- Assist in preparing proposals and communicating project requirements.
- Maintain lead and client information in the company's tracking system.
- Work toward converting qualified leads into paying clients.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Meet assigned business development and conversion targets.

Compensation

There is no fixed salary or stipend for this internship.

Selected candidates will earn a 10% commission on the total project value of successfully converted clients, subject to the company's commission terms and successful project confirmation/payment.

Your total earnings will depend on the number of clients you convert and the total value of the projects generated. There is no guaranteed monthly income.

Candidate Requirements

- Students and freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable communicating with new prospects.
- Strong follow-up and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and consistently.
- Basic understanding of social media and online communication.
- Previous sales or business development experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
