Role Description

As a Purchase Officer, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day purchase and procurement activities, vendor coordination, quotation comparison, purchase order processing and ensuring timely availability of materials and services for our projects and operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive and verify purchase requirements from project, site, office and other departments
- Obtain quotations and prepare quotation comparison statements
- Sourcing and Coordinate with vendors regarding price, quality, specifications and delivery timelines
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure required approvals before release
- Follow up on pending purchase orders, deliveries and delayed materials
- Coordinate with Stores and Site teams for material receipt and requirement confirmation
- Verify purchase invoices and supporting documents before forwarding to Accounts




- Maintain purchase records, vendor details, quotations, purchase orders and related documents
- Update purchase trackers and MIS reports
- Support vendor development, price negotiation and cost-control activities
- Coordinate with Accounts, Stores, Site and Management teams

Preferred Qualifications

- Any Graduate
- 3–8 years of experience in Purchase / Procurement
- Knowledge in Construction / Real Estate industry
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and documentation
- Knowledge of Tally / ERP systems preferred
- Strong vendor coordination and negotiation skills
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Work Location: Neelambur, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
