The Civil General Manager will oversee planning, execution, and management of civil engineering and infrastructure projects. This role requires strong leadership, proven execution capabilities, and excellent management skills to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Execution: Lead end-to-end execution of civil projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor project teams, contractors, and consultants to achieve operational excellence.
- Operational Oversight: Supervise site-level activities, monitor progress, and resolve bottlenecks to maintain smooth project flow.
- Resource Management: Optimize manpower, materials, and financial resources for maximum efficiency.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, government bodies, and vendors to ensure compliance and satisfaction.
- Quality & Safety: Enforce strict adherence to safety norms, quality protocols, and regulatory requirements.

Contribute to long-term growth strategies, business development, and market expansion.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in civil project management, with proven execution and leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning tools, and regulatory frameworks.

Experience

- Hands-on experience in managing large-scale civil projects.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects successfully.
