Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, creative Social Media & Content Creator Executive to drive our digital marketing presence. In this role, you will be responsible for designing promotional materials, editing engaging short-form video content, and managing our social channels to convert audience interest into tour package inquiries and bookings.

Key Responsibilities

· Graphic Design: Design eye-catching promotional flyers, digital leaflets, seasonal package itineraries, WhatsApp broadcast cards, and website banners.

· Video & Reels Production: Conceptualize, script, edit, and publish high-performing Reels, Shorts, and Stories featuring destination highlights, travel tips, and client testimonials.

· Platform Management: Plan and maintain a consistent monthly content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.

· Copywriting & Strategy: Write clear captions with compelling calls-to-action (CTAs), research relevant travel hashtags, and align posts with seasonal travel trends.

· Ad Support & Community Engagement: Assist in setting up basic Meta ad campaigns (lead generation forms and post boosts), monitor post performance analytics,



and respond to comments and DMs.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Education: Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Visual Communication, or Mass Communication.

· Experience: 1–3 years in social media management and content creation (experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality is highly preferred).

· Tool Proficiency: Strong hands-on skills with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator/Premiere Pro), CapCut, and Meta Business Suite.

· Portfolio Required: A strong portfolio demonstrating past design work, video editing capability, and social feed aesthetics.

· Skills: Solid storytelling ability, sharp copywriting skills, and a robust visual eye for travel aesthetics.
