Cedilla Interactive is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Telecalling Executive to join our team.

Position: Telecalling Executive

Experience: 2+ Years of Experience in the Real Estate Industry

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Explain real estate projects, properties, and offers to potential clients
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication
- Understand customer requirements and schedule site visits
- Maintain lead records and update customer information
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into site visits and sales

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate telecalling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive convincing and negotiation abilities
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Knowledge of the Chennai real estate market will be an advantage
- Proficiency in Tamil and English preferred
