Educational Qualification

- LL.B. / Bachelor of Laws – Mandatory
- Bar Council Enrolment – Mandatory
- LL.M. / additional specialization in Corporate, Commercial or Labour Law will be an added advantage.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in CFS, Logistics, Shipping, Port, Container Terminal, Warehousing, Freight Forwarding or related industries will be preferred.

Key Areas of Responsibility

- Litigation and non-litigation matters
- Corporate and commercial legal matters
- Legal drafting, vetting and reviewing of agreements
- Drafting and replying to legal notices
- Recovery cases and outstanding dues
- Civil, commercial, labour and contractual disputes
- Coordination with external advocates and law firms
- Customs, CFS, Port and logistics-related legal matters
- Liaison with government departments and statutory authorities
- Matters relating to GCC/Corporation, Municipality and other local bodies
- Labour and employment-related legal matters




- Contract management and legal risk assessment
- Regulatory notices, proceedings and compliance matters
- Legal research and providing legal opinions to management
- Maintaining litigation records, case trackers and legal documentation
- Advising management and business teams on legal risks and appropriate action

Mandatory Requirements

- Minimum 2+ years of relevant legal experience
- LL.B. qualification is mandatory
- Advocate Enrolment with the Bar Council is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of legal drafting and documentation
- Hands-on experience in litigation and recovery matters
- Ability to independently handle legal notices, contracts and disputes
- Good knowledge of corporate, commercial, contract and labour laws
- Robust communication, negotiation and analytical skills
- Ability to coordinate effectively with advocates, government authorities and internal departments

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
