- Supervise and coordinate daily packing activities
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily packing activities
- Ensure packing is completed as per quality, safety, and company standards
- Monitor productivity and ensure dispatch deadlines are met
- Manage packing manpower, attendance, and shift allocation
- Reduce packing material wastage and control costs
- Maintain packing records, reports, and documentation
- Coordinate with production, quality control, and logistic teams
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience as a Packing Supervisor or similar role
- Knowledge of packing procedures and quality standards
- Robust team-handling and leadership skills
- Computer and reporting skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
