Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Generate leads and convert enquiries into sales prospects.
Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
Explain products/services and address customer queries.
Maintain daily call and sales records.
Achieve assigned sales and calling targets.
Requirements
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in Tele Sales / Inside Sales preferred.
Candidates from the Medical Devices / Healthcare industry will be preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
