PolicyBazaar.com is looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Service team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the voice of PolicyBazaar, assisting customers with their queries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit customers, shops, offices, or businesses directly.
- Explain products or services face-to-face.
- Present the companys product/service clearly.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right solution.
- Close sales and achieve targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
