Growth & Marketplace Strategy Intern

Location: Kozhikode | Navi Mumbai
Duration: 3-6 Months
Compensation: Stipend upto Rs. 25k + Fuel Expenses

About the Role
Were looking for a proactive MBA/PGDM student or recent graduate to work closely on growth, mechanic acquisition, sales, retention, and last-mile delivery strategy.

What You’ll Work On

- Acquire and activate recent mechanics across markets.
- Drive first orders and improve repeat ordering & GMV.
- Analyse mechanic behaviour, sales trends and customer retention.
- Identify gaps in the current delivery model and explore 2-hour delivery solutions for non-darkstore markets.
- Research and pilot alternate fulfilment models such as partner stores, local inventory and 3PLs.
- Build dashboards and track key growth & operational metrics.
- Conduct market visits and interact directly with mechanics and local market players.





What We’re Looking For

- Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets.
- High ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in B2B, e-commerce, sales, logistics or automotive aftermarket.
- Willingness to work on-ground and conduct field visits.
