Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly/quarterly targets for pneumatic products such as actuators, solenoid valves, and pneumatic cylinders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, marketing) to launch new product lines or promotions.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
Job Requirements :
- 5-15 years of experience in industrial automation sales or related field.
- Solid knowledge of actuators, solenoid valves, pneumatic system design principles.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy development.
