About the Role

We are looking for qualified and compassionate Physiotherapists to provide high-quality physiotherapy and rehabilitation services to patients at their homes. The role involves assessment, treatment planning, therapy delivery, patient education and regular monitoring of recovery.

The ideal candidate should have strong clinical knowledge, good communication skills and the ability to independently manage patients in a home-care environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and identify functional limitations.
- Develop and execute individualized physiotherapy and rehabilitation plans.
- Deliver home-based physiotherapy sessions for patients across different age groups and conditions.
- Provide treatment for musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, neurological, post-operative and mobility-related conditions.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, posture, mobility and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes and progress reports.
- Ensure qualified, ethical and patient-centric delivery of services.
- Coordinate with doctors, care managers and other healthcare professionals wherever required.
- Maintain high standards of patient safety, hygiene and clinical protocols.
- Ensure timely completion and reporting of assigned patient sessions through the company's technology platform/app.

Candidate Profile

- MPT/BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy)



Mandatory
- 26 years of relevant experience in physiotherapy/home healthcare/rehabilitation.
- Good understanding of physiotherapy assessment and treatment techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and patient-handling skills.
- Comfortable travelling to patients' homes within the assigned geography.
- Basic proficiency in mobile applications and digital reporting.
- Professional, empathetic and patient-focused approach.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in any of the following will be preferred:

- Home healthcare
- Orthopaedic rehabilitation
- Post-operative rehabilitation
- Geriatric care
- Neurological rehabilitation
- Sports injury rehabilitation
- Pain management
- Hospital/clinic-based physiotherapy
