Graphic Designer Trainee | Cimpress India Mumbai based candidates and Immediate joiners only

Cimpress India is hiring Graphic Designer Trainees for a 6-month internship program.

Location: Mumbai
Program Duration: 6 months
Stipend: Provided
Mandatory In-Office Training: Candidates must complete the initial training period from our Cimpress Mumbai office.

Role & Responsibilities

- Good understanding of graphic design software, particularly Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Basic knowledge of design principles such as Typography, Color Theory, Layout Design, and current Design Trends.
- Ability to understand customer requirements in English, with basic verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to learn and adapt to new software applications and design tools.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with a customer-centric approach to design.
- Open to feedback and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse and collaborative workplace.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering quality work.

Eligibility Criteria

- Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design or a related field.
- 1+ year of graphic design experience is preferred.
- Experience in freelance print design,



corporate identity work, or creative/design firms will be an advantage.
- Participation in design workshops, projects, or activities involving sketching, doodling, calligraphy, pencil art, etc., will be an added advantage.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook is preferred.

Shift Requirements

Candidates must be flexible to work in rotational shifts, including complete night shifts.

After successfully completing the mandatory in-office training period in Mumbai, this will be a full-time work-from-home opportunity.

Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in further design assessment and selection rounds.
