Job Profile:
1) Prepare & Manage projects Billing, Invoicing Certication, BOQs etc.
2) Taking joint measurements with Site Engineer & Contractors
3) Review Project Costs, Verify Quantities From drawings & Site Reports.
4) Responsible for Co- ordination with Contractor, Track Projects Expenses & Manage Payment Certication
5) Preparing monthly R.A. bills and sub-contractor bills & preparing monthly reconciliation of materials.
6) Operate ERP Software to Update BOQ & Budget.
7) Preparing Debit Notes.
