- What Youll Be Doing

We are hiring for Lead Travel Desk profile.

- Manage end-to-end travel arrangements including domestic and international flight bookings
- Process travel requests received through GDS & ensure accurate and timely ticketing
- Optimize travel itineraries to align with business schedules, cost efficiency, & travel policies
- Coordinate with travel agencies and stakeholders to resolve booking issues, changes, or cancellations
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with corporate travel guidelines
- Reconcile international travel card when used for booking flights
- Liaise with stakeholders to understand travel needs and provide optimal routing, cost-effective options, and seamless travel experiences

What Were Looking For

- Hands-on experience with MANUAL GDS
- Strong knowledge of airline reservations and ticketing
