Role: Functional Consultant – Finance (Freshers)

Overview

Capgemini India is looking for Chartered Accountant (CA) Freshers to join its SAP Practice as Finance Functional Consultants.

Selected candidates will undergo a structured orientation and training program, gaining exposure across multiple finance domains within Capgemini.

This role offers an opportunity to build a career in SAP S/4HANA Finance consulting while leveraging core finance knowledge.

Educational Qualification -Chartered Accountant (CA)

Primary Skills (Must Have)

- Willingness to work across finance functions as a Functional Consultant
- Understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance (implementation methodologies / support)
- Good knowledge of: IFRS 15 & IFRS 16
- Working knowledge of: Costing concepts (Standard Costing, Actual Costing), Tax filing processes
- Knowledge of:



Direct and Indirect Taxation with reporting exposure
- Ability to articulate and understand business processes: Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Order-to-Cash (OTC)
- Strong accounting fundamentals: Journal entries and financial processes
- Exposure to: Monthly closure activities, Year-end processes and setups, Issue handling and operational support

Secondary Skills (Positive to Have)

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High level of initiative and ownership
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in: MS Excel , MS Office tools
- System Process Audit experience
- Flexibility to work across locations
