Role & responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Sourcing home loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) clients through builders, architectural channels, contractors, property registration offices, and chartered accountants.
- DSA Management: Onboarding and maintaining networks with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) and connectors.
- End-to-End File Login: Collecting financial documentation, filling out applications correctly, and putting files up for login with the credit team.
- Customer Guidance: Analyzing client eligibility, recommending the right loan products (fixed vs. floating, balance transfers), and coordinating property valuation.
- Target Achievement: Meeting monthly disbursement targets
