Field Sales Executive for opening a CSP (Customer Service Point / Common Service Point / Client Service Point) is responsible for visiting assigned local areas, pitching business prospects or banking/digital services to prospective partners, and successfully setting up new operational touchpoints.

Job Overview
Role: Field Sales Executive – CSP Expansion
Location: Field-based (Local territory visits)
Objective: Recruit, onboard, and launch new CSP locations to expand the company's network coverage and transaction volume.

Key Responsibilities
Territory Mapping: Walk through assigned rural, semi-urban, or urban markets to identify high-potential spots for opening a new CSP. [1, 2]
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Meet local shop owners, micro-entrepreneurs, or interested candidates to pitch the perks of opening a CSP franchise. [1, 2]
Onboarding & Documentation: Collect necessary KYC documents, fill out application forms, and complete registration formalities for new CSP applicants.
Store Readiness: Coordinate device delivery (biometric scanners, micro-ATMs, printers),



branding/signage installation, and basic outlet setup.
Training & Support: Provide initial orientation to the current CSP partner on transaction procedures, software usage, and compliance guidelines. [1]
Target Achievement: Meet daily visit goals, weekly activation targets, and monthly network expansion quotas. [1]
Reporting: Log daily visit details, lead pipeline status, and onboarding progress into the company CRM or reporting app. [1, 2]

Requirements & Skills
Qualification: High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
Experience: 0 to 2 years of field sales, retail expansion, or B2B/channel sales experience.
Transportation: Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and a personal vehicle for daily local travel.
Communication: Strong local language fluency and persuasive communication skills.
