We are looking for an experienced PET Blow Moulding Machine Operator for our packaged drinking water plant.

Machine: 2 Cavity Semi-Automatic PET Blow Moulding Machine

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor PET blow moulding machine for bottle production.

• Operate preform heating/oven system and maintain proper temperature settings.

• Set and maintain blowing pressure, heating temperature, timing and other machine parameters.

• Handle mould loading/unloading and basic mould change activities.

• Produce 500 ml and 1 L PET bottles as per required quality and specifications.

• Check bottle weight, shape, thickness, transparency and overall quality.

• Identify and reduce bottle defects and production rejection.





• Perform basic machine troubleshooting and routine cleaning/maintenance.

• Maintain production records and ensure smooth machine operation.

• Follow safety, hygiene and production procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous experience operating PET Blow Moulding Machine is preferred.

• Experience with semi-automatic PET bottle blow moulding machines will be an advantage.

• Candidate should be able to independently operate the machine and handle basic settings/troubleshooting.
