Position: Accountant – GST & Taxation
Department: Finance & Accounts
Experience: 2–5 years
Location: Hoshiarpur
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- GST Compliance – Most Important
- Preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and other applicable GST returns.
- GST reconciliation between books, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B.
- Verification of purchase and sales invoices for correct GST rates, HSN/SAC and GSTIN.
- Input Tax Credit (ITC) reconciliation and follow-up for missing/incorrect invoices.
- Handling GST notices, queries and departmental correspondence.
- Knowledge of e-invoicing and e-way bills.
- Maintaining proper GST records and documentation.
- Monitoring GST payments, liabilities and refunds, wherever applicable.
- Coordination with auditors/consultants for GST-related matters.
- Accounting
- Day-to-day accounting and voucher posting.
- Purchase, sales, receipt and payment entries.
- Bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.




- Accounts payable and receivable management.
- Preparation of monthly financial reports.
- TDS & Other Statutory Compliance
- TDS calculation, deduction and payment.
- Preparation and filing of TDS returns.
- Maintaining statutory compliance records.
- Audit & MIS
- Support in statutory/internal audits.
- Preparation of schedules and supporting documents.
- Monthly MIS and management reports.

Essential Skills

- Robust practical knowledge of GST and taxation.
- Hands-on experience with GST portal.
- Good knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of ITC reconciliation and GST returns.
- Good analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Requirement for Selection

Candidate must have strong hands-on experience in GST return filing, GST reconciliation, 2B reconciliation, e-invoicing/e-way bills and GST compliance.

Pay: ₹10,812.77 - ₹30,565.44 per month
