About the Job

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Travel Sales Consultant to join our team in Ajmer, Rajasthan.

You will handle customer enquiries, understand their travel requirements, suggest suitable packages, prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, destination, and travel preferences.
- Recommend and sell suitable domestic and international travel packages.
- Prepare quotations and customized travel itineraries.
- Handle flight, hotel, and holiday package bookings.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and travel partners.
- Provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales customer support.
- Handle booking changes, cancellations, and customer queries.

Requirements





- 1–5 years of experience in the travel industry or travel sales preferred.
- Good knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
- Experience in selling holiday packages, flights, hotels, or travel services.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong sales, follow-up, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to convert enquiries into bookings.
- Target-oriented and positive attitude.
- Knowledge of flight booking, ticketing, or GDS such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Passion for travel, sales, and customer service.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
