Position: Business Development Executive

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates interested in Sales & Business Development. The role involves lead generation, customer interaction, understanding requirements and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and identify new business opportunities
- Contact potential customers and introduce company products/services
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions
- Handle client communication and regular follow-ups
- Schedule and support client meetings and presentations
- Prepare quotations and basic sales proposals
- Maintain leads and customer information in CRM
- Coordinate with internal technical teams
- Support the sales team in achieving business targets





Requirements

- B.E. Mechanical Engineering preferred
- 2–3+ years of Sales/Business Development experience or Freshers can apply
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM
- Strong interest in Sales & Business Development
- Fluency in English, Hindi and Marathi
- Willingness to learn and interact with customers

Pay: ₹11,587.04 - ₹40,957.42 per month
