Job Overview

We are looking for a result-oriented Area Sales Executive / Manager to manage sales operations and business development across Gurgaon, Karnal, Faridabad and nearby territories for the Mainline/OTC Division.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in FMCG, Ayurvedic, Herbal OTC or similar products, NO BEVERAGES.

Along with strong expertise in stockist handling and sales team management.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales and achieve business targets across the assigned territory.
- Manage and develop stockist/distributor networks to ensure product availability and market coverage.
- Handle and motivate the frontline sales team to achieve territory targets.
- Train, guide and monitor team performance.
- Develop strong relationships with stockists, distributors, retailers and other channel partners.
- Plan and execute sales strategies to increase market penetration and revenue.
- Monitor secondary sales,



market coverage and competitor activities.
- Ensure effective implementation of company sales and promotional initiatives.
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing market presence.
- Maintain regular sales reports, market feedback and territory updates.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 5–8 years of proven experience in frontline sales / territory management.
- Experience in FMCG / Ayurvedic / Herbal OTC / OTC products is preferred.
- Robust experience in stockist/distributor handling and sales team management.
- Good knowledge of Gurgaon, Karnal, Faridabad and nearby markets.
- Ability to train, motivate and guide the sales team.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Computer savvy and comfortable with basic sales reporting.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and result-driven.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
