Job Description – Bobcat Parts CoordinatorKey Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage spare parts inventory.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders when required.
- Coordinate with Bobcat Company and authorized suppliers.
- Track parts orders, shipments, and deliveries.
- Maintain inventory and purchase records.
- Update ERP or inventory management systems.
- Identify the correct parts using catalogs and software.
- Support service technicians with required spare parts.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding parts availability and pricing.
- Prepare quotations and process parts invoices.
- Coordinate packing, dispatch, and delivery of spare parts.
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of parts.
- Conduct regular stock checks and audits.
