We are looking for a skilled and technically capable Electric 2-Wheeler Service Technician to diagnose, repair, maintain, and service electric scooters. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring vehicles are repaired as per manufacturer standards while maintaining high levels of service quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform periodic maintenance and general servicing of electric two-wheelers.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, mechanical, and EV-specific issues.
- Inspect vehicles and identify faults using appropriate diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Perform repair and replacement of components as per manufacturer guidelines.
- Diagnose issues related to:
- Battery and Battery Management System (BMS)
- Motor and motor controller
- DC-DC converter
- On-board/off-board charging systems
- Wiring harness and connectors
- Sensors and electrical systems
- Display, dashboard, and communication systems
- Braking and suspension systems
- Lights, switches, and other electrical components
- Use manufacturer-approved diagnostic software/tools to identify and rectify vehicle faults.
- Carry out software/firmware updates whenever required and as per OEM procedures.




- Conduct battery health checks and follow prescribed battery handling and safety procedures.
- Inspect charging systems and troubleshoot charging-related complaints.
- Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and post-service quality checks.
- Complete repair jobs within the estimated time and maintain workshop productivity.
- Follow proper job-card procedures and accurately record diagnosis, repairs, parts used, and observations.
- Coordinate with the Service Advisor and Service Manager regarding technical issues and repair requirements.
- Ensure replaced parts are properly documented and handled as per company/OEM procedures.
- Conduct road tests after repairs to confirm that the vehicle is functioning correctly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work area.
- Follow all EV high-voltage safety procedures, workshop safety standards, and PPE requirements.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the Service Manager or technical support team.
- Keep updated with new EV technologies, technical bulletins, software updates, and service procedures.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
