Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions.
Handle volume/bulk hiring across multiple industries and locations.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.
Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with speed and accuracy.
Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality of hires.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand workforce requirements.
Maintain recruitment MIS and ensure process compliance.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in bulk/volume hiring for Non-IT roles.
Solid sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented mindset with the ability to perform under pressure.
