Job Description: Business Development Manager (Society Redevelopment)

Position Overview

Dhariwal Thirani Group is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager Society Redevelopment to lead the acquisition of recent redevelopment projects across Mumbai. The candidate should have hands-on experience in identifying societies, managing the tender process, negotiating with society members, and coordinating the complete pre-development process until the appointment of the developer and execution of agreements.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire residential societies for redevelopment across Mumbai.
- Conduct society visits and meetings with Managing Committee members.
- Generate redevelopment leads through architects, PMCs, consultants, brokers, CPs, and society networks.
- Build strong relationships with society members and consultants.
- Evaluate society/property documents and redevelopment feasibility (FSI, TDR, CTS, DP remarks, CRZ, road width,



etc.).
- Prepare commercial offers and participate in tendering, negotiations, voting, LOI, and Development Agreement processes.
- Coordinate with legal, architectural, liaison, and internal teams until pre-development execution.

- Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/LLB preferred).
- Minimum 3-7 years of experience in Society Redevelopment / Real Estate Business Development with a developer.
- Proven experience in acquiring redevelopment societies in Mumbai.
- Strong network with society members, Channel Partners, PMCs, architects, and redevelopment consultants.
- Ability to independently handle pre-development acquisition, tendering, negotiations, and society closure.
