- Product development & user focus: From the idea to the productive solution, you will design and implement contemporary, user-centered AI-supported applications that are technically convincing and technically scalable.
- Frontend & Backend Interplay: You build high-performing web front ends using Angular, React or Streamlit (for fast prototyping) and develop robust back ends in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript (e.g. FastAPI or FastMCP[BF1] ). Experience with developing MS-Suite add-ins is advantageous.
- Use of generative AI: You will integrate modern AI technologies such as Azure AI Search, OpenAI, LangChain or Microsoft Agents into productive business applications.
- Data & Transparency: You will take responsibility for the development of data pipelines, finance dashboards, and the evaluation and quality assurance of LLM-based systems.
- Cloud & Operations: Cloud-based applications on Azure are developed, operated and continuously developed by you including SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Quality & Delivery: You ensure high engineering standards through automated tests, clean CI/CD criteria, structured Git approach and logging.
- Collaboration & Agility: In close coordination with AI Engineers,



Tech and Accounting teams, you will actively participate in agile SCRUM setups and requirements engineering.

Your profile

- Academic background: A degree in computer science, engineering or a related field is part of your profile; an AI or data focus is an advantage.
- Technological competence: You have solid hands-on experience with at least one frontend technology stack (e.g. modern web frameworks) and one backend stack (e.g. server-side or API development).
- AI comprehension: You already have a solid foundation in LLMs, prompting strategies, RAG architectures, and model evaluation.
- Cloud experience: Experience in the Azure environment as well as an understanding of modern DevOps and CI/CD Workflows round off your technical profile.
- Professional affinity: Interest in accounting processes is clearly present; Basic knowledge of IFRS/HGB is a welcome plus.
- Working methods and communication: Your strengths include independent work, conceptual strength, and confident communication even with complex technical topics[BF2] .
